A number of London boroughs offer residents a financial incentive to try reusable nappies, with the aim of cutting down on the number of nappies going to landfill/incineration. Participating London boroughs offer nappy vouchers of between £40 and £70. These vouchers can be redeemed against nappies (and some nappy accessories) at our online store (see details below). |
Real Nappies for London Kits
How to use your Real Nappies for London Voucher:
Your nappy voucher should look like this. See your 12-digit voucher number at the bottom, highlighted in yellow.
Option 1:
Email your voucher number to us. We'll then email a new voucher code to you with instructions on how to use the new code at checkout.
Option 2:
- £70 voucher: Use RNFL70 (and then FREESHIP70 to get free 2nd Class postage).
- £50 voucher: Use RNFL50 (and then FREESHIP50 to get free 2nd Class postage).
- £40 voucher: Use RNFL40 (and then FREESHIP40 to get free 2nd Class postage).
This will discount your order by the amount shown on the voucher.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR A REUSABLE NAPPY VOUCHER:
- A parent with a baby aged under 18 months.
- A parent-to-be.
- A parent with a child up to 5 years old who requires the use of nappies due to a disability.
- A foster carer with a baby aged under 18 months, or expecting to care for a baby under the age of 18 months.
Terms and conditions

The voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as: wraps, grippers, liners, training pants or for a trial nappy laundry service.

The voucher cannot be redeemed against swim nappies, nappy bag / buckets, mesh bags, nappy cleansers, reusable wipes and any other nappy associated accessories.
- Vouchers cannot be accepted for a purchase made retrospectively.
- No cash change can be given.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date shown on the voucher.
- Goods can only be dispatched to the name and address shown on the voucher.
