I have a query about my nappies. What do I do?
If your enquiry is urgent please email. We will not have regular access to email but will be checking it periodically. We will endeavour to get back to you when we can, but do please expect some delays.
If the query is about a particular nappy, you may find the information you need by looking at the product page on the website.

I wish to return or exchange some of my order. What do I do?
You can either wait until we return on 14 October to send it back (the 30 day return period will be extended to accommodate this), or email us to discuss (again, please be aware that there are likely to be delays in our responding to emails).
Where is my order?
You should see tracking details for your order on your dispatch notification email. If you need further advice please get in touch by email (but please be aware that emails will only be monitored periodically, so there may be some delay in us coming back to you).
I have a Real Nappies for London Voucher. Can I use it with you?
Unfortunately we will be unable to take your voucher during this period but feel free to browse our website.
