We find that people either love these pants or hate them! It generally comes down to fit. As the pants are pull-up, and don't have any adjustable poppers or velcro, it can be difficult getting a snug fit. It also depends on what your child thinks of the look of them. Some children feel they're too bulky.
For this reason we have a number of pre-loved pants available. In most cases the pants have been tried on, rejected and then returned. As such they tend to be in near-perfect condition. They all still come with 3 reusable pads and are in their original packaging.
